License Fee Calculation Rules

General Provisions

  • 1.1. The User (Carrier) undertakes to pay a license fee under the specified conditions in exchange for the right to use the service and receive orders.
  • 1.2. The license fee is calculated based on the Carrier’s rating and the total amount of all successfully completed transfers over the past 12 months (hereinafter referred to as the “Total Transfer Amount”).

* The calculation is performed at the beginning of the month, based on data from the previous 12 months.

Rating Calculation Procedure

  • 3.1. The rating is calculated on the last day of each month based on the last 20 order ratings submitted by Users.
  • 3.2. The User can rate a transfer from 1 to 5 stars based on the quality of service.
    1. For the first violation, the Carrier may receive 2 negative ratings with 0 stars.
    2. For subsequent violations, the Carrier may receive 5 negative ratings with 0 stars.
    3. If the Carrier provides proof of being present (e.g., GPS data, photo, call history) within 5 days, the ratings will not be added.

Method of Fee Calculation

  • 4.1. The license fee is calculated based on:
    1. The full cost of the transfer (order),
    2. As well as the cost of any additional services provided by the Carrier (e.g., waiting time, luggage surcharges, special conditions).
